1.WOW!!

Now I have an idea- something for you to ‘hone’ in on….You have a wonderful opportunity to capture interesting, gritty black and white material- right under your nose!I love the PEOPLE stuff on the site. You need to take the camera to WORK and use it everyday. Stay closeup to the subjects, using just enough background detail (i.e. tool carts, lifts, etc.) to make your pics tell a story. Tell your guys you may take photos, but don’t have them pose, it will make them unnatural. Take photos of greasy hands and faces, funny expressions, etc.Turn off the flash when you can and use side-lighting from the big doors- a few shadows and underexposed areas will make your photos all the more interesting.

You are talented, my friend! Start keeping a record of your life-experiences. Soon enough you’ll have enough material for a coffee-table book.Call or email if you ever have any technical questions, or anything else. Sincerely,

Terri
